What to expect?
Each week you will learn choreography step by step in a supportive, empowering space. A session is a total of 60 minutes. Each 'Term' we dance towards a final routine. Classes focus on confidence, expression and having fun - not perfection. I aim to have each 'Term' to be at least 3-4 weeks depending on the bank holidays or how the month falls. If a session is missed or had to be cancelled, a make-up session will be put on.

At the end of each routine usually week 4 we have our Get Glam Week! Where dancers will dress up in the theme of our dances some examples have been western themed, sparkly themed, black lace etc. It is a fun week where you get to wear something you never normally wear, or get to show off a new outfit. This boosts the confidence of our dancers and it is my favourite week.
How do you structure the class?
Class structure:
Warm up - Usually a mini strength, balance and coordination focused exercise (you do not need to remember this)
Main Dancing Training (Heels optional) - Training can include learning a routine, learning new moves, feeling confident, practising basic burlesque techniques, experimenting with props, chair dancing and so much more
Cool Down - Stretch and Flex short routine
What do you need to bring?
Heels optional - I highly recommend ballroom shoes
A bottle of water
Please wear comfortable activewear and some trainers
Bring-a-friend offer

Bring a friend is where someone in the class invites a friend, relative, work colleague, partner etc. They will get to experience what a 'Rotation Dance' class is and whether they would like to continue or not. If they do decide it is, then you get £5 off your monthly subscription or next payment instalment.
It is a win-win for the both of you and get to do something together. Why not give it a go?
